Our Story

Grandpa’s House, LLC was established in 2021 by Tony and Gina Stover.

A few years after Gina’s grandpa passed away, it was time for her grandma to move into an assisted living community. It was a sad time for the family as a new chapter of life was beginning for their grandma. Grandpa’s house was last on the priority list as the family focused on making sure their grandma was in the best place possible and receiving the best care. 

When it was time to focus on the house, the work became overwhelming. Tony and Gina decided to purchase grandpa’s house to help lift a large burden off the family. They cleaned out the house, updated the outside and remodeled the inside from top to bottom. They still live there today. 

The idea of Grandpa’s House, LLC was developed as Tony and Gina were brainstorming ways to help the community and reflecting on past experiences where guidance and help would have been beneficial. The experience the family had with their grandpa’s house quickly came to mind. Since they had been through this process previously, they decided to form a company that would assist other families in similar situations in hopes of lessening the burden for others.
